This isnt the best HDR Ive seen anywhere, but its easily the best HDR Ive seen on a phone!
First, it is proper HDR - it snaps a bright photo and a dark one and works from that. Sure, pros may often use a spread of 5 or more, but this calculates very fast and I still havent had a blurry or ghosted image.
Almost no options for adjustment, just a few presets, but it does the job.
For the disappointed kids who dont know how to use this, the easiest test is shooting a window on a bright day from a dark room: theres no way the normal photo app will capture it as clearly. Stormclouds can also look pretty intense in HDR, and it really makes details pop on white statues. Happy shooting!
